HZN-102 plastic mini-ball(Micro-sphere) is the cross-linking copolymer of styrene and divinylbenzene. It is a kind of transparent or semi-transparent white sphere. The particle size is between 2.0~0.154mm. The softening point is 200. It is resilient, anti-extruding, no foaming, abrasiveless that will not abrade the facilities. It has no fluorescence and is insoluble in water, oil, acid and alkali. In the drilling fluid it appears inertia and react with none of other ingredients. It has no toxicity, does no harm to the human and animals, and will not pollute the environment.
The mechanismThe plastic mini-balls which distribute in the drilling fluid will adhere to the sidewall and form innumerable mini-bearings when the mud cake is taking shape, which changed the contact manner between the drilling tools and the sidewall from surface-contact to point-contact and then achieve the goal of block-reducing, lubricating and anti-seizing.
 In order to make it convenient to each oil-field user, we have amended the former trade criterion. In view of different formation and combine with rich practical experience we have formulated ourselves criterion with more detailed particle size requisition.
  Usage: Add this product to the drilling fluid through waterpower mixing hopper according to the cycle period. It can effectively make the Plastic Mini-balls well-distributed in the drilling fluid.
